Once you’ve booked your bus, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your date and time. This email will also include a waiver link and the pickup location. Please ensure that everyone in your group signs the online waiver before arriving for your tour, as boarding the bus without a signed waiver is not permitted.
To secure your private bus party rental, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 21 days before the tour date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations within this window can either reschedule or receive a 100% valued gift card with no expiration date, which is transferable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
Guests who do not show up without prior notice will not receive a refund.
If a tour is canceled due to weather conditions, you will receive a 100% valued gift card with no expiration date, allowing you to reschedule.
Tours will be terminated if there is any illegal drug use or alcohol consumption by minors, with no refunds issued.
