Confirmation and Preparation
Once you've booked your bus, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your date and time. This email will also include a waiver link and the pickup location. Please ensure that everyone in your group signs the online waiver before arriving for your tour, as boarding the bus without a signed waiver is not permitted.
Payment and Finality
- Full Payment Required: To secure your private bus party rental, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Final Sales: All sales are final.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 Days Before Tour: Cancellations made more than 21 days before the tour date will receive a 100% refund.
- 8 to 20 Days Before Tour: Cancellations within this window can either reschedule or receive a 100% valued gift card with no expiration date, which is transferable.
- Less than 7 Days Before Tour: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
- No-Call, No-Shows: Guests who do not show up without prior notice will not receive a refund.
Weather-Related Cancellations
- Weather Shutdowns: If a tour is canceled due to weather conditions, you will receive a 100% valued gift card with no expiration date, allowing you to reschedule.
Important Policies
- Illegal Activities: Tours will be terminated if there is any illegal drug use or alcohol consumption by minors, with no refunds issued.
