• Full Refunds: If you cancel more than 21 days before your scheduled trip, you’ll get a complete refund, no questions asked.
• Rescheduling or Gift Card: Cancel between 8 and 20 days out? You can either reschedule or receive a gift card equal to the full value of your booking. There’s no expiration date on the card, and you can even transfer it to a friend!
• Cancellations Within a Week: For cancellations less than 7 days before your event, we’re unable to offer refunds.
• No-Shows: If no one from your group shows up, we can’t issue a refund—so make sure to let us know if your plans change!
• Weather Concerns: Mother Nature not cooperating? No worries! Weather-related cancellations will be issued a gift card for the full value of your trip, so you can reschedule whenever you like.
• Safety First: Please keep in mind—if there’s any illegal drug use or underage drinking during your trip, your tour will be ended immediately and refunds won’t be issued.
